Welcome to Steps to the Shop, the journey to opening a boutique and the all the things that inspire me.
I’m a twenty something Philly girl working my way to fashion all day. I love the way it feels to be put together and want to share that with everyone. Starting small with an online vintage shop Frequency Vintage; finding great one of a kind vintage pieces to stock the shop and using this as the platform to learn how to run a business. Sharing what I learn and navigating my way through starting a boutique, from financing to signage and everything in between.

Oh thanks! Little by little is the plan, but having the blog really does help me focus and try to grow. Mostly inspiration right now, but as the business plan begins and progresses I think there may be a better mix of the story of opening the store and inspiration.
